THE SCOTT CHANDLER MEMORIAL MATCH

Since the mid 1970’s Scott was an active supporter of public television as donor and festival volunteer.  His insatiable curiosity about world cultures, history, technology and innovations was fed through watching programing provided by Idaho Public Television (IPTV). He watched and loved it all:  Nova, American Masters, Austin City Limits, MotorWeek, Outdoor Idaho, Idaho Experience and Rick Steve’s Europe, just to name a few.  Gathering information and learning something new was really his “jam.”

His association with Idaho Public Television became more personal when it relocated from Boise State University Library to the Orchard Place campus in 1993.  As managing partner for Orchard Place, through 2016, Scott oversaw the renovation of their new building and many building upgrades which solidified a long standing relationship and connection with IPTV’s mission and vision.
